Q: Can I see a sample?

A: Please let us know which design and colour you are interested in and we will be happy to send you a sample. Due to the bespoke nature of our invitations it may not be possible to send a sample in your chosen colour, in this instance we will include a colour swatch card.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: There is no minimum order.

Q: Do you provide a bespoke design service?

A: Yes, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

Q: Can you match a colour of my choice?

A: Yes we can match any colour of your choice.  Exact colours might not always be possible but we will endeavour to get as close as possible.  Ribbon will chosen to the nearest colour and samples will be seen first.

Q: Do you provide envelopes?

A: Yes we provide envelopes with all our stationery.  Envelopes will vary depending on the style of invite you choose.  We have plain, kraft recycled and pearlescent envelopes.

Q: How is my stationery delivered?

A: We prefer our customers to come and collect where possible. We can however deliver all our stationery via a signed for courier service.

Q: How many invitations do I need to order?

A: We advise that you order 10% more than required to cover for errors and omissions.  Please remember to count in couples as a single invite.

Q: When should I order my invitations?

A: It is advisable to order these at least 6 months in advance of the wedding.

Q: What information should I include in my wedding invitations?

A: : We will email you a helpful form to fill in but the basic information for wedding invitations that we will need to know are:

  • Names of the bride’s parents/other hosts
  • First name and surname of the bridegroom
  • Date of the wedding ceremony (including the year)
  • Wedding ceremony details, (where it is taking place)
  • Time of the wedding ceremony
  • Location and time of the wedding reception
  • RSVP date by when your guests should respond.

A: : Other information that you may wish to include into your design are:

  • Directions to the venue
  • Map and full address/contact details of the venue
  • Accommodation details
  • Wedding gift list
  • Dietary requirements
  • Transportation instructions.

Q: When should I order my save the date cards?

A: It is advisable to order these at least 12-9 months in advance of the wedding.  This can vary however depending on the type of wedding, we advise couples getting married abroad to give friends and family time to book flights etc.

Q: How long will my order take for Wedding Invitations?

A: All invites differ in time scale depending on the amount of work needed.  The lace invites for example are very labour intensive and require longer time scales than a simple pocket invitation. From the final proof of your sample we average 15 working days to completion of your order (excluding bank holidays).

Q: How long will my order take for table stationery and other elements?

A: You should leave 7 working days from receipt of your final proof (excluding bank holidays).

Q: Will I receive a proof?

A: We will always produce a sample for you to see exactly what you will be getting, from colours to ribbon we can guarantee there will be no surprises. For any amendments made to text after the sample proof, PDF proofs are generated online for you to view. Some changes at this point may incur additional charges but we will inform you first.

Q: Can Print Solutions print my own design?

A: Yes, we are more than happy to produce your stationery from your hi res print-ready PDF artwork. Please contact us for a quotation and how to supply your artwork so it is ready to print.
